Indiana GOP Looking For New Leader

(Indianapolis, IN) – Indiana Republican Party Chairman Randy Head on Monday announced his resignation, effective immediately.

Head plans to return to his full-time responsibilities at an Indianapolis law firm.

He served as party chair for five months, including the run-up to last month’s General Election, which saw the election of a Republican governor, lieutenant governor and U.S. Senator plus the re-election of the state’s Republican attorney general.

Vice Chair Erin Lucas will assume the role of interim chairwoman until the Indiana Republican State Committee elects a new chair.
