(Indianapolis, IN) – The Securities Division of the Indiana Secretary of State’s Office is actively assisting the FBI’s Indianapolis Division in the ongoing investigation into Rodney Grubbs of Brookville, the former owner of Pickleball Rocks.
The FBI is hopes to identify those who may have been victims of fraud or financial misconduct related to investments made with Grubbs.
As part of the investigation, the FBI is encouraging potential victims to come forward.
If you or someone you know has been affected by Grubbs’ actions, the FBI urges victims to complete a short information form.
A link to the form is provided below. Secretary of State Diego Morales and the Bureau say this step will help investigators gather critical information to further the investigation and potentially provide victims with information about filing claims, restitution, rights under federal and state law.
“The Secretary of State’s Office is committed to ensuring transparency, accountability, and justice, especially in cases of investment fraud or misconduct. We are working closely with the FBI to identify victims and provide access to information, support, and resources,” said Morales.
Authorities say victims’ identities will be treated as confidential, and information provided will be used solely for investigative purposes.
