(Batesville, IN) – The Batesville community is mourning the passing of Myron Gehring.
He died last Saturday at St. Andrews Health Campus at the age of 101.
Mr. Gehring was elected City Clerk-Treasurer in 1967 and went on to serve three terms.
A moment of silence was held in his honor at Monday night’s Batesville City Council meeting.
