(Batesville, IN) – A longtime community leader has passed away.
Dave Raver served in a variety of leadership roles in his 34 years at Hillenbrand Industries, and as president of the City of Batesville Zoning Board and Planning Commission for 26 years.
He was also the first president of the Batesville Community Education Foundation’s board of directors.
Dave Raver passed away on Sunday at the age of 78.
Visitation and a memorial service is planned for Friday at Weigel Funeral Home in Batesville.
