(Versailles, IN) – A Madison man has been sentenced in Ripley Circuit Court to 15 years in prison without probation on two child sex-related charges.
Twenty-seven-year-old Dylan Iceberg was convicted by a jury on July 17 of two counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor (both Level 4 felonies).
The charges stemmed from incidents that took place between May 11 and 12 of last year.
Iceberg was accused of sexual acts with a 14-year-old girl in front of another minor.
He was also ordered by Judge Ryan King to not have any contact with the victim or her friend, and Iceberg must register as a sex offender.
