Hugh Patrick “Pat” Roseberry, 66, of Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on March 6, 2025. He was born on January 7, 1959, in Greensburg to Wendall and Mary (Veerkamp) Roseberry.
Pat was a 1978 graduate of Greensburg Community High School. After high school, he worked as an auto and body mechanic and a gas attendant before attending Lincoln Tech, where he earned a degree in Diesel Mechanics. Pat enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as a truck driver, working for 26 years before his retirement.
Pat had a deep love for racing, particularly NASCAR, and a genuine passion for speed. He relished the thrill of riding his Harley motorcycle, though he always prioritized caution, being a longtime member of ABATE of Indiana. Pat also found joy in life’s simpler pleasures, like fishing, painting cars, and working on them—hobbies he cherished throughout his life.
Pat is survived by his son, Josh Roseberry; his daughter, Nina (Charles) Hammack; his grandchildren: Kelsie, Alexis, Kenzie, and Ayden; his great-grandchildren: Aiden and Maya; and his sister, Lisa Roseberry. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Ryan Patrick Roseberry; his parents, Wendall and Mary Roseberry; and his siblings, Dwight Roseberry, Jeff Roseberry, and Kim Hubbard.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m., also at the funeral home, with Father John Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
