RIPLEY COUNTY, Ind. — Holton Town Marshal Josh Royalty, 30, has resigned from his position after he was investigated for possession of child pornography.
Police say Royalty interviewed for another local police department.
During the interview, a lie detector test was performed, and police became concerned about the results.
The Indiana State Police became involved and executed a search warrant at Royalty’s home.
No evidence was found during the search, so no charges will be pursued.
