Helen Loretta McCarty, 95, of Greensburg passed away on December 8, 2022. She was born on March 7, 1927 in Brookville, Indiana the daughter of Leslie and Laura Bulmer Quinlan. Helen retired from Delta Faucet in 1994. She was a member of the Clarksburg Christian Church and the Loyal Circle.
She is survived by Children: Patricia Rathburn, Brenda (Dan) Alvey, and Kelly J. Blodgett; Grandchildren, Marc (Shannon) Anthony, Carol Anthony, Dawn (Chris) Bailey, David Alvey, Casey (Brock) Bagley, Travis (Mindy) Blodgett, and Laura (Eric) Haywood; 7 Great Grandchildren; and Sister, Hazel Jordan. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Brothers, Donald Quinlan, Russell Quinlan, Ralph Quinlan, Oliver Quinlan, Leslie Quinlan, Jr.; and Sisters, Olive “Tootie” Alvey and Vera Davidson.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral at 2:00 pm. Rev. Jerran Jackson will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Clarksburg Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Clarksburg Christian Church.
