Hazel A. Dwenger, 72 of Greensburg passed away Sunday April 30, 2017 at Franciscan Health Indianapolis; IN. Hazel was born Thursday November 16, 1944 in Rushville, IN; the daughter of Waldo and Anna (Woods) Dwenger. Hazel worked for Margaret Mary Hospital for 22 years, and after 12 years for Delta Faucet she retired. She enjoyed her family, shopping, horseback riding, sewing, and taking care of her cats.
Hazel is survived by sons: Gary (Sheryl) Ison of Greensburg; Donald Little of Napoleon; Paul Quick of Sunman. Daughter: Debra (Steve) Bruns of Moores Hill; brothers: Paris (Phyllis) Dwenger of Delaware, IN and Joe (Betty) Dwenger of Lawrenceburg; sister: Emma Kroner of Sunman; sister-in-law: Nola Dwenger of Hamburg, IN 13 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter: Angelia Little, companion: Melvin Cathey III who preceded her in death July 11, 2016, brother: Waldo “Tubby” Dwenger, brother-in-law: Bill Kroner.
Funeral services will be 7PM Thursday May 4 at Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home 16717 Manchester Street, Box 156 Moores Hill, In 47032 with Pastor Charlie Miller officiating.
