(Richmond, IN) – A Greensburg man wanted in Decatur County on multiple drug charges was arrested in Richmond over the weekend.
Kenneth Ray Rogers II was also wanted in Wayne County for felony Non-Support of a Child.
According to court records, Rogers is facing Possession of a Narcotic Drug, Possession of Methamphetamine (both Level 6 felonies), and Possession of Marijuana (Class B misdemeanor) charges in Decatur Circuit Court stemming from his arrest in September 2021.
He was free on bond in the Decatur County case and awaiting trial when he was picked up in Richmond.
It’s not clear why Rogers was arrested in Wayne County, where his failure to pay child support case is pending.
