Indianapolis – Governor Mike Pence is authorizing pay-for-performance raises for State employees.
It will be determined once performance evaluations are completed in January. Employees who meet expectations will receive a 2 percent raise, those who exceed expectations will receive a 4 percent raise, and those rated outstanding will receive a 6 percent raise.
“Government works every day because our State employees care about the people of Indiana,” said Governor Pence. “This year, I am pleased to authorize a pay-for-performance increase to recognize their continued work across our state. On behalf of Hoosiers across our state, I offer my thanks for a job well done in 2014.”
