George Daniel Jackson, 82, of Greensburg passed away on December 14, 2022. He was born on February 25, 1940 the son of Oliver and Eva Hendren Jackson. George was a 1958 graduate of Greenfield High School. He was a Vietnam Veteran in the United States Army. George worked for Ford Motor Company for 32 years. On May 21, 1973 he married Carol Adele Crumbo. George loved his family, fishing, hunting, and the beach. He was a member of the Clarksburg Christian Church.
Survivors include: Children, Donna (Mark) Vise, Soloane (Kevin) Jackson-Hofmann, George R. Jackson and Mario (Amy) Jackson; Step Children, Clifford Weir, Joseph Weir, Kristina (Barry) Zeidman; Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his: Parents; Stepdaughter, Deborah Weir; Sisters, Evelyn Swafford, Joann Wullenweber, Betty Erisman, Barbara Jablonski, Mary Allen Salyers and Patricia Hill; Brothers, Richard Jackson and Robert Jackson.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at the Clarksburg Christian Church from 11:00 am until the time of the Funeral at 12:00 pm. Rev.
