(Southeastern IN) – The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning starting at Midnight and lasting until 9:00 Saturday morning.
Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees are expected.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing, according to the weather service.
Forecasters say you should take steps to protect tender plants from the cold, along with draining in-ground sprinkler systems and covering above-ground pipes.
