Four teens accused of vandalizing State Capitol during weekend spree

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Indiana State Police are trying to piece together how four teens allegedly broke into the State Capitol over the weekend and vandalized the building.

Damage was reported to the House chamber, an office, computers, and a glass display case.

The teens also allegedly took a bench from the top floor and hurled it into the rotunda.

They’re also accused of tagging the building with graffiti.

The four were caught by police but were released to their parents.

The motive for the vandalism spree is not clear.
