Deleware, IN—Early Thursday morning, the Delaware Community Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a fully engulfed structure fire.
Several area agencies were called in for mutual assistance at the scene including Sunman Rural Fire Department, Morris Fire Department, Batesville Fire Department, Napoleon Volunteer Fire Department, Milan Fire Department, Ripley County Sheriff Office, Ripley County EMS, Ripley County Coroner, Sunman Area Life Squad, American Red Cross, and the Indiana State Fire Marshall’s Office.
According to Fire Chief Bushhorn, the investigation is still ongoing.
