3rd Annual Sgt. Chad Keith 5K

Sgt. Chad, a hometown hero, from Batesville, Indian was killed in action in Baghdad, Irag on July 7, 2003. The Sgt. Chad Keith 5K was inspired from Chad’s love of running as a way to create a legacy while giving back to the community. The 2019 5K will support a scholarship fro BHS Seniors or Alumni to further their education and will help send BMS students to Washington, DC where they have the opportunity to visit Chad is Section 60 of Arlington National Cemetery. It also contributes to other organizations supporting veterans.
