Edward Ray King, 95

Edward Ray King, 95, of Greensburg passed away on April 11, 2023. He was born on March 22, 1928 the son of Walter and Mae Venter King. Edward was a 1946 graduate of Greensburg Community High School. He married Elsie Rose Huegel on February 15, 1947 and together they had three children: Connie, Joe and Mike. Edward was a farmer and was the owner of King and Sons Plumbing & Heating, he retired in 1993.
Survivors include: Daughter, Connie (Ron) Fleetwood; Sons, Joe King and Mike King; Sisters, Bernice Alverson and Evelyn Weber; Grandchildren, Rebecca Hession, Jeremiah King, Jesse King, Jim King and Tyler (Alesha) King; and 9 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; Wife; Brother, Robert King; and Sisters, Mary Dudley, Alice Busser and Betty June Rohlfing.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral at 1:00 pm. Rev. Mark Vice will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Rossburg Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the F.O.P Shop with a Cop or to the Greensburg Public Library.
