Brookville, In. — Franklin County sheriff’s deputies raided an underage drinking party and made 16 arrests recently.
Reports indicate than on Thursday, December 28 police were called to the 13000 block of Metzger Lane. While investigating, police observed 15 people under 21-years-old drinking alcoholic beverages.
Police arrested the homeowner, Bradley D. Wagner, 50, and charged him with maintaining a common nuisance and furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was taken to the Franklin County Security Center.

Since November the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department has effected the arrest of 35 individuals related to underage drinking and urges all Franklin County parents to utilize good judgment and common sense in situations such as these.
