Greensburg, In. — A Decatur County man is facing child molesting charge after several alleged incident with a juvenile female.
Deputies began an investigation around April 1 after being notified by the victim’s mother. Deputies learned that on one occasion the suspect, Colbey Bieker, 25, gave the victim alcohol and she passed out. When she woke up Bieker was next to her with his hands in her pants. The victim also told police Bieker gave her marijuana on at least three occasions and he had paraphernalia in his home.
The victim’s family also provided an audio recording of a possible confession to detectives.
Bieker was arrested at 11:35 a.m. at his residence on April 8.
