David Scott Hils, 66, of Union, KY passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Ripley Crossing in Milan. David was born Wednesday, August 13, 1952 in Cincinnati, OH the son of Vincent and Lois (Boone) Hils. He married Theresa Webster August 15, 1991. He was a Real Estate Broker in KY and owned his own broker firm, Concepts Real Estate. David attended St. Charles Catholic Church. He was a scuba diver, enjoyed traveling, golf, fishing, horses, watching the X-Files on TV and was very active in his children’s sports coaching.
David is survived by his wife Theresa of Union, KY; son David J. (Fianc’ee Miriam Castaneda) Hils of Union, KY, daughters: Katherine (Brad) Zapp of Park Hills, KY and Danielle (Richard) Bartlett of OH; brother Vincent Hils of AZ, sister Kristy Seibert of AZ and grandson Grant McConough. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Scott Vincent Hils.
Service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date with burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY.
