Daniel Nolan, 61, of Dillsboro passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at his home. Daniel was born on Monday, October 14, 1963, in Hindman, Kentucky; son of Roscoe and Docha (Boggs) Nolan. Daniel had a passion for song writing and writing poetry. He enjoyed listening to music, fishing, watching western movies, and cooking. Most of all Daniel loved to spend time with his family.
Daniel will be missed by his sons Adam Nolan and Daniel Ray Nolan; daughter Cayla Cunningham; brother Larue Nolan; sister Pauline Nolan; and 6 grandchildren.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents Roscoe and Docha Nolan; sister Betty Jean Paulson; and brothers Billy James Nolan and John L. Nolan.
There are no services at the request of the family. Memorials may be given in honor of Nolan to the donor’s choice.
