COVID cases continue to plummet locally, around Indiana

STATEWIDE — A total of three new COVID-19 cases were reported in the area on Monday, as the daily number of confirmed cases continues to drop here and around the state.

Dearborn County had two cases while Franklin County had one.

There were no new cases in either Ripley or Decatur counties.

The Indiana Department of Health on Monday reported 313 new cases across the state with zero deaths.

The state’s seven-day positivity rate has dropped to 6.3 percent.
