Indianapolis, In. — Oldenburg Republican state senator Jean Leising and Richmond Republican Jeff Raatz joined Eris Holcomb in signing a bill requiring K through 12 grades to have a computer science program by 2021. Senator Leising was the co-author of SEA 172.
