Decatur County, IN — The Decatur County Election Board has dismissed a complaint it had been considering against Sheriff David Durant about a print advertisement that failed to include the required disclaimer.
The complaint was withdrawn recently, and a fact-finding meeting and an administrative hearing on the matter that was scheduled for later this month were canceled.
As a result., the matter is considered closed.
