The Colts saw a slight improvement in the NFLPA’s annual team report card. Indy jumped three spots to number 19 out of 32 teams in the league. Head coach Shane Steichen received an A grade, while strength and conditioning improved from a C to an A-minus. Team ownership also bumped from a C to a B. Team travel remains the lowest grade on the latest report card, ranked 27th in the league at D-plus.
