(Batesville, IN) – A new citywide security camera system has been installed in Batesville.
Fifty-two cameras are operating in seven key locations throughout the city, including both Liberty Park and Freedom Park.
“This is a great system, I can pull up all cameras anywhere on my phone, monitor in office, and easily go back to see anything that has happened,” wrote Batesville Parks and Recreation Superintendent Mike Baumer on social media.
The cameras are also monitored 24/7 in the Batesville Police Department Dispatch Center.
