Charlene E. Bowman, 79, of Rising Sun, IN, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023, in Lawrenceburg, IN.
She was born September 4, 1943, in Aurora, IN, daughter of the late Clayton Wolker and Darlene (Orem) Wolker.
Charlene worked in the housekeeping department for Argosy Casino with several years of service.
Charlene is survived by her daughter, Caroline (Bryan) Reeves of Dry Ridge, KY; brother, David Wolker; grandsons, Bradley Reeves, and Nathan Reeves.
She was preceded in death by parents, Clayton and Darlene Wolker; her loving husband, Robert “Bob” Bowman; beloved son, Robert Lee Bowman, Jr.; brother, Richard Wolker.
Friends will be received Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 10:00 am at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 203 Fourth Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the church at 11:00 am with Father Daniel Mahan officiating.
Interment will follow in the Rising Sun New Cemetery, Rising Sun, IN.
