The SLS 5th Grade Cardinals basketball team was crowned 5th Grade SLS Tournament Champions Saturday, December 6.
The Cardinals defeated St. Lawrence in the opener 29-19. The Cardinals then defeated Milan Elementary 27-15 in the Championship Game.
Thomas Raver led the team in scoring throughout the tournament and Abe Streator led the team in rebounds. Cayden Pohlman, Hunter Laudick, and Luke Wilson led a spirited defensive effort in helping the Cardinals win the championship.
