Bulldogs And Cardinals Participate In 4-Way Middle School Golf Meet

It was a late and very cold night at Bear Chase Golf Course in Shelbyville last night. BMS came up 6 strokes short to be edged out by a very good Madison team. Scores were Madison 194, Batesville 200, Shelbyville 208, and St. Louis 229.

BMS continues to put together a great team score. The Bulldogs were led by Sam Emmons who fired a personal best 47 including a birdie. Drew Wagner shot a 50 followed closely by Dean Campbell with a 51. Other scorers for the Bulldogs included Zach Wagner and Austin Pohlman both with a 52, Kyler Daulton with a 53, Brett Wagner with a 54, and Chase Cummings with a 58.

The St Louis Golf team played in the four way match tonight versus Shelbyville, Batesville Middle School, and Madison Consolidated at the Bear Chase Golf Club.

It was a cold, windy, wet evening that produced some tough conditions to play in. The final score was St Louis 299, Shelbyville 208, Batesville 200, and Madion 194.

Leading St Louis was Cayden Pohlman followed by Jon Grieshop, Lucas Anderson, and Abe Streator. St Louis plays next on Monday (5-8) at Hillcrest Country Club.
