Sunman, IN — A Brookville man was flown to UC Medical Center in Cincinnati following a one-vehicle rollover accident on Rosfeld Road near State Road 101 in the Sunman area. The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office says witnesses saw the vehicle roll twice before striking a pole, which split and caused a small fire to ignite in the ditch on the opposite side of the road. Investigators say 73-year-old William Cummins was taken from the scene by AirCare with serious head and neck injuries. Also responding to the scene were Sunman Police, Indiana State Police, Ripley County EMS, and the Sunman Fire Department.
