IU Southeast wins The NAIA Baseball Regional beating the Number 1 ranked team in the nation The Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs 16-10 in The Regional Championship at Kingsport, Tennessee.
The Grenadiers won the first game against TW 4-3. IU-SE won their first-round game against The Warner Royals from Florida 10-9.
Former Batesville Bulldog Baseball standout, Lane Oesterling, is a member of the team wearing #37.
For the first time in school history, The Grenadiers are going to the NAIA Baseball World Series. IU-SE will battle The Concordia Bulldogs from Nebraska in Lewiston, Idaho on Friday, May 28th.
