(Batesville, IN) – The City of Batesville Redevelopment Commission will meet in executive session in council chambers on Wednesday, July 23 at 4 p.m. prior to the regularly scheduled meeting.
The purpose is to discuss litigation or potential litigation and/or a real property transaction and is permitted under Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
Please note that this session is not open to the public, and no other subject matter will be discussed during this meeting.
“The Redevelopment Commission is committed to adhering to all requirements of Indiana’s public meetings law, and this executive session will be conducted in full compliance with those provisions,” reads a notice from the city.
