Batesville’s 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team defeated Milan by a 39-18 final score at home on Thursday night. The Bulldogs used an 11-3 third quarter spurt to pull away in the contest. Levi Hunt scored 10 points for Batesville and that was followed up by six points from Jackson Peetz and five points by Carson Meyer. Winston Garrett and Camden Kaiser scored four points apiece, followed by Brody Mauk and Max Walter with three points each. Liam Wagner and Eli Denni added two points apiece. BMS (11-3) is off until a January 8 road game at Greensburg.
