Barbara J. (Tolle) Sess, 74, of Lawrenceburg passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025, at Shady Nook Care Center. Barbara was born on Saturday, May 12, 1951, in Cincinnati; daughter of Ralph and Charlotte (Laake) Tolle. Barbara married the love of her life, Chester Sess, and he preceded her in death. She enjoyed playing computer games and watching TV.
Barbara will be missed by her sisters Charlene Payne of North Vernon and Maryetta Metzler of Arkansas; brother Ronald (Mary) Tolle; niece Becky (Shannon) Jones of Scipio; and several other nieces and nephews.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Ralph and Charlotte Tolle and husband Chester Sess.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be given in honor of Barbara to American Cancer Society.
