Area under a slight risk of severe weather Wednesday afternoon, evening

SOUTHEASTERN IN — Southeastern Indiana is facing a slight risk of severe weather Wednesday afternoon and evening.

The National Weather Service says damaging wind will be the main threat.

Large hail will also be possible and a tornado cannot be ruled out.

Heavy rainfall and isolated flooding will also be possible.

Forecasters say the main severe weather threat will be between 3 and 11 pm.
