(Batesville, IN) – The Batesville Kiwanis Club’s AppleFest 2025 will be held Saturday, September 27 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, September 28 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Liberty Park.
The popular event returns this fall with food, unique vendors, family-friendly fun and a few updates.
One thing that is new this year is the availability of online registration for vendors.
Batesville Kiwanis says the club’s new digital form covers everything from booth setup and electricity needs to location preferences and eliminates the need for paper forms.
The link to the form can be found here: https://forms.gle/Mskf2YckifNq7N9Y6.
You will need the following information to complete the form:
- Contact and business information
- Booth category (Arts & Crafts, Food, etc.)
- Electricity requirements
- Special requests or comments
- Top three booth location preferences
- Payment via PayPal (link in form) or by check mailed to:
Moore Law
104 Aspen Drive

Another change this year is Kiwanis will no longer provide tents. The club says vendors are responsible for bringing their pop-up tents or making arrangements for booth coverage in advance.
Kiwanis is asking vendors to register as soon as possible to assist in planning booth assignments and finalizing event logistics.
