Batesville, IN—Amack’s Well more than just a great place to get a warm cup of joe. It certainly offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere to enjoy fellowship, art, and more. The shop was a buzz as they held a re-grand opening Tuesday evening to reveal their new 2nd-floor space available.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce, Amack’s Board President Jeff Gaatz announced 8 local not-for-profits that they are giving back to. They are able to give over $20,000 back to the community due to the generosity of customers. Groups that were awarded funds last evening include Young Life, New Horizons, Riley County Community Foundation Genesis Project, Kintribute, One Community One Family, Southeastern Indiana Health Clinic, So Loved clothing Closet, Summer Food Program. There were also able to help 8 local families in financial need.
