(Southeastern IN) – The National Weather Service says there is an elevated fire danger on this first day of spring.
Gusty winds of 25 to 35 mph out of the southwest are expected.
Forecasters say the winds will combine with dry conditions and result in an increased fire danger this afternoon.
Outdoor burning is not recommended because any fire could get out of control under such conditions.
