Greensburg, IN— Detectives with the Decatur County Sheriff’s Office recently conducted an extensive fraud investigation involving the theft of mail and checks from numerous victims in the Lake Santee and Clarksburg area. Witness reported seeing a car taking mail directly from mailboxes after it was delivered, in broad daylight.
The investigation by the DCSO led to the arrest of Kimberly Sullivan, 46, on sixteen felony counts, including allegations of theft and attempted fraud on a financial institution.
