
The law asks the Kentucky Department of Education to develop and administer a 100 question test, students must get 60 percent of the responses correct in order to get a regular diploma.
Some requirements of the law are:
- Local boards of educations will determine how the test will be given
- Students my take as many retests as necessary to pass
- A student who has taken a similar test in the last five years do not have to take it again
