Penntown, Ind. — Underhill Enterprises has broken ground on a 14 storage building complex in the Penntown area near the intersection of State Roads 46 and 101.
Plans are to build two of the buildings initially with the others added in the future. Two of the proposed buildings will be climate controlled and another will be large enough to house boats and recreational vehicles.
It’s not clear when the buildings on the 10 acre site will be open for business.
