Congratulations to Louisville commit, Zach Britton, on being named District H Player of the year. On the season, Zach hit .553, and had 6 HRs, 27 RBIs, 41 Rs, and 34 BBs (Batesville School Record).
Batesville Baseball is very proud of Zach, and we look forward to his future accomplishments. Coach Tucker states, “While Zach is an outstanding baseball player, he is even a better person and leader. It is well deserved!”
The Batesville Bulldogs finished the season 21-10 overall and lost in the sectional championship to Lawrenceburg 7-6 to end their season.
