HOLTON, Ind. — 9 people were arrested on Thursday on numerous drug charges after an investigation at a Holton residence.
According to the Indiana State Police, troopers conducted an investigation at 168 S Marion Street in Holton.
Police say they when they entered the home they found evidence of drug usage in plain view, and applied for and received a search warrant.
While executing the warrant, police say they located methamphetamine, marijuana, syringes, and other drug paraphernalia, along with a large amount of cash.
The homeowners, Kathy Hardesty, 52, and her daughter, Josie Robbins, 27, were arrested on charges of dealing methamphetamine and other drug related charges.
Charges on the other seven individuals (Tanner Cornett, 22, Holton; Gregg Gregory, 44, North Vernon; Kyle Ketcham, 21, Columbus; Melissa Popejoy, 26, Holton; Anastasha Robbins, 31, Holton; Ryan Runge, 22, Holton; and Sheldon Vanosdol, 27, North Vernon) include possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic syringes, and visiting a common nuisance.
