Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 1,397 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Thursday. A total of 694,836 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,290,645 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.1% positive rate and 16 new deaths were reported for a total of 12,710 Hoosiers have died across the state.
As of Thursday, a total of 3,195,357 doses have been administered in Indiana.
Dearborn County has a total of 5,632 cases and 73 deaths reported (up 4 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,773 positive cases and 92 deaths (up 1 new case), Franklin County has 1,639 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 2 new cases), and Ripley County has 3,318 positive cases and 67 deaths (up 1 new case). This is an increase of 8 new cases locally.
