Batesville, In. — Franklin County Purdue Extension and 4-H will hold the “Fun & Friendly Halloween” Monday, October 30 at the Franklin County Fairgrounds from 5 to 7 p.m. The “no scare” event is perfect for families with small children and includes food, crafts and even science experiments.
Angie Riffle says there are also free booth spaces available for businesses and community organizations. Organizations are asked to provide their own candy to pass out, activity or prizes. Informational or promotional material can also be distributed from the booth during the event.
