Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 817 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Monday. A total of 649,652 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,053,929 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.3% positive rate and 19 new deaths were reported for a total of 11,765 Hoosiers have died across the state.
Dearborn County has a total of 5,301 cases and 62 deaths reported (up 11 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,678 positive cases and 88 deaths (up 2 new cases), Franklin County has 1,575 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 1 new case), and Ripley County has 3,215 positive cases and 58 deaths (up 2 new cases). Locally, this is an increase of 16 new positive cases.
