Statewide — The Indiana State Department of Health has reported that 786 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Wednesday. A total of 663,511 Indiana residents have tested positive for the coronavirus. To date, 3,127,593 individual tests have been reported to ISDH at a 21.2% positive rate and 9 new deaths were reported for a total of 12,200 Hoosiers have died across the state.
Dearborn County has a total of 5,490 cases and 67 deaths reported (up 7 new cases), Decatur County has a total of 2,710 positive cases and 88 deaths (up 1 new case), Franklin County has 1,595 positive cases and 35 deaths (up 1 new case), and Ripley County has 3,277 positive cases and 62 deaths (up 6 new cases). This is an increase of 15 new positive cases.
