Women arrested on Easter for intimidation

LAUREL, Ind. — A woman was arrested in Laurel after police say she was threatening people with a baseball bat.

According to police, Kim Piepmeyer was arrested on the charges of Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Mischief.

Police responded to a 911 call regarding a female threatening people with a baseball bat on Sunday evening in Laurel.

Officers questioned various people and discovered Kim made multiple threats against the lives of the other residents at the home.

Police say she also used the bat to damage the interior of the residence.
