Police arrested a woman last week that allegedly bit another in the face during a fight at the Decatur County Fair.
Charisma Parker, 41, of Greensburg was apprehended on the evening of Friday, July 11.
Investigators say Parker jumped on the fair patron and hit her several times before biting the woman in the face. Police believe it began after the victim had an argument with the suspects daughter, according to the Greensburg Daily News.
The altercation was broken up by police and the victim suffered a swollen eye as a result of the bite. She was treated at Decatur County Memorial Hospital and released.
As a result of the fight, Parker pleaded guilty to battery on Tuesday. She remains in custody at the Decatur County Jail following the misdemeanor conviction.
The newspaper reports that Parker has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct in the past.
