(Franklin County, IN) – A Wind Chill Advisory has been issued for Franklin County from 9 p.m. Tuesday through 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Wind chills down to 15-below zero are expected.
Forecasters say the cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. These include wearing layers of clothing, plus a hat and gloves.
